Senior HSE Monitoring and Reporting Analyst, QatarEnergy

Dr. Aisha Al-Rumaihi is a recognised leader in sustainability and environmental strategy, currently serving as a Senior HSE Monitoring & Reporting Analyst at QatarEnergy. With over a decade of experience spanning environmental assessment, corporate sustainability, and climate policy, she has played a key role in developing QatarEnergy’s sustainability reporting framework and training systems. A PhD holder from Hamad Bin Khalifa University and a published researcher, she has represented Qatar at international platforms including TEDx, UNESCO, and the Doha Women Forum. Dr. Al-Rumaihi is also a board member of the Arab Youth Climate Movement and is dedicated to promoting climate action and green economic growth across the Gulf region and beyond.
