Board Member, Climate Action Network Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia

Anisa Abibulloeva is a project coordinator of Public Youth Environmental Organisation "Little Earth" and a board member of the Climate Action Network EECCA with seven years of experience in climate advocacy, policy, and youth engagement. In 2022, she received the Central Asian Tereshkevich Youth Environmental Award, and in 2024 became a winner of Gender Just Climate Solutions. At COP28, Anisa was one of 100 youth delegates in the first International Youth Climate Delegates Programme. She has previously worked with FAO in Tajikistan and consulted UNDP and OSCE on youth participation in climate action. Anisa specialises in climate advocacy, policy and focuses on engaging youth in the formation of a stronger environmental movement.
