Ayman Ismail is Vice President of Government & Institutional Relations for the MEA region at Hitachi Energy, based in Dubai. With over 20 years of experience in energy management and industrial automation, he specialises in energy transition, strategy, and partnership development. Since February 2024, Ayman has been driving sustainable growth by navigating the region’s geo-economic landscape and fostering strong partnerships with government, business, and social institutions. He is focused on building and implementing strategies that support the green energy transition across the Middle East and Africa. Ayman holds a master’s degree in business and an engineering background in electrical engineering. He is also co-author of the book Entrepreneurship in Egypt from Evolution to Revolution.
