Khabiba Khidoyatova is Deputy Director at Minaret Renovables JV LLC and a Senior Lecturer at the Green Economy Department at Tashkent State University of Economics. Khabiba Khidoyatova is a climate finance professional and academic with a strong background in sustainable development, renewable energy, and environmental economics. Khabiba holds an MSc in Climate Change Management and Finance from Imperial College London, where she studied on a full scholarship, and a BSc in Governance, Economics and Development from Leiden University College. Her prior experience includes advisory work on carbon markets and CDR technologies in the UK, as well as investment promotion and digital transformation for Uzbekistan’s Investment Promotion Agency. She is fluent in English, Russian, and Uzbek, with working knowledge of German, and skilled in data analysis and geographic information systems.
