Dr. Mohammed Al Breiki is Head of Industrial Studies & Policies at the Gulf Organization for Industrial Consulting (GOIC)—the GCC’s official industrial arm—where he directs strategic studies on workforce upskilling, Industry 4.0 adoption, cross-border industrial collaboration, export promotion, and incentive design to strengthen the region’s manufacturing base. Holding a PhD in Sustainable Energy, he is an authority on green hydrogen, Power-to-X pathways, and climate-aligned industrial policy. Dr Al-Breiki is currently leading the launch of the Gulf Center for Industry 4.0, helping execute flagship initiatives under the unified GCC Industrial Strategy, and advising governments and multilateral institutions on green industrial growth. His peer-reviewed research on sustainable energy carriers is widely cited, and he is a regular speaker at regional forums on advanced manufacturing, sustainability, and best-practice adoption.
