Independent Advisor, Climate Finance & Policy

Samantha is a climate policy expert specializing in the intersection of climate finance, policy, and industrial decarbonization strategy. She combines the technical rigor of an engineer with the strategic foresight of a policy advisor to provide evidence-based consultancy to governments, financial institutions, and industrial players. She also serves on the Advisory Board of the International Institute for Sustainable Finance. In parallel, Samantha serves as an Adjunct Lecturer at Hult International Business School in Dubai, where she leads the "Leadership for Social Impact Challenge," mentoring students through the complexities of building social ventures and fostering a new generation of entrepreneurial leadership dedicated to global impact. Previously, she served as Senior Manager of Strategy and Programmes at Frontier25 (formerly the UAE Independent Climate Change Accelerators), where she led policy and research initiatives on industrial decarbonization, climate finance, and carbon markets. Her policy expertise is further grounded in her tenure at the Center for Clean Air Policy (CCAP), where she led international projects on climate budget management and sustainable finance taxonomies for developing nations. Earlier, she was a power performance engineer at General Electric Power, optimizing plant efficiency across France, the U.S., and South Korea.
