Thuledu Ntshingila is an accomplished Portfolio Manager Specialist at the Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA), with a proven track record in deploying funds and implementing complex projects within climate change and environmental initiatives. At DBSA, she manages and reports on multi-million-rand portfolios, ensuring sustainable performance and risk mitigation. Prior to DBSA, Thuledu held key roles at Standard Bank Group as a Specialist in Sustainability and ESG Performance and at ACWA Power as a project business developer focused on ESG. She has driven ESG strategies, ensured regulatory compliance, and overseen large-scale infrastructure projects from early development to financial close. Her experience includes ESG due diligence, drafting and reviewing environmental and social impact assessments, and engaging diverse stakeholders to facilitate project implementation. Thuledu is pursuing an MSc in Sustainable Development at the University of Sussex and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Governance from IIE MSA (Monash), along with a Sustainability Practitioner Programme certification from the University of Cambridge, demonstrating her deep commitment to sustainable practices and robust project execution.
