Environmental and Social Manager, ACWA Power

Yuliya Allakhverdiyeva is an Environmental and Social Manager with a BSc in Chemistry from The George Washington University and further studies in Environmental Science at UNSW. She has managed environmental and social compliance, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable development across more than 10 major projects in diverse sectors. Currently, Yuliya leads Environmental and Social management for a 1 GW solar power plant in Uzbekistan financed by international financial institutions. She is dedicated to delivering practical solutions that align global ESG standards with local needs and challenges.
